The system

Easy Concrete Strength is a complete system: sensing element, wireless acquisition unit, and visualization platform work together, with no integration to design. It requires no scheduled maintenance, and its cost is low: around five times lower than alternative solutions on the market.

One sensor, three measurements

A single installation pairs the strain sensor with an electronic unit that integrates an accelerometer, a temperature sensor, and a transmission module. One placement instruments the measurement point for strain, temperature, and tilt, all captured simultaneously.

Two versions, one platform

The sensor matrix, thermoset or thermoplastic, is selected based on the structure's material and determines the measurable strain range. The rest of the system, from electronics to software, stays the same.

Data Transmission

The system is available in LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, or Wireless versions, depending on site requirements, with BLE interfacing available. Communication is bidirectional.

02 / Data transmission

  1. Disposable sensor → acquirer The disposable sensor is paired with the transceiver cap; sampling rate 1 Hz.
  2. Acquirer → PC 868 MHz radio transmission to an RF transceiver USB dongle connected to the PC.
  3. RF Monitor software Real-time visualisation, storage (16 Mbit internal memory in datalogger mode) and data export to CSV/PDF.
