In 2025, InSensus Project developed the appropriate electronics for Uretek Italia spa to collect data from two potentiometric sensors simultaneously and transmit it to the ThinsEye visualisation and control platform, thereby assembling the mechanical kits supplied by Uretek with the electronics themselves, testing them and uploading them to the platform.
Data transmission typically takes place via NB-IoT, and to date 500 complete dual-axis sensors have been supplied for the first installations in Italy, to be followed in 2026 by the first batches for the French market.
Thanks to this solution, Uretek has gained a significant competitive advantage over its rivals, offering its clients free site monitoring following consolidation with expanding resin injections.
